www.realsimple.com

I am SO glad that my seeester (sister-in-law) introduced me to Real Simple. This is one of the magazines that I just can't throw away. They have so many helpful tips for around the house, cute organizing and decorating ideas, and so much more.

I just received my December issue in the mail today. It's always exciting to open up the mail box and see my Real Simple.
*Rachel, you totally have to know what I'm talking about.

Anyways, here is some fun gift ideas from Decembers issue.

ENJOY!

Personalized Magnets

Celebrate a magnetic personality with customized refrigerator-ready Tiny Magnetizers, by Felix Doolittle. Thirty styles available.

Two-Sided Totes
For the friend with AADD (accessory attention deficit disorder), a reversible bag using fabrics from James Coviello’s past collections. In six styles.

Multitasking Calendar
They’ll enjoy each passing month a little longer with the gorgeous Wall Art Calendar. The pages live on as folders, boxes, and note cards, with the help of templates on the back of each sheet.

a bit of a need.

I have been needing to find a magazine rack because my magazines are starting to accumulate underneath my coffee table in the living room. I found a few on etsy but they are all kind of expensive due to shipping.

This one is kind of cute!

This one has some character.

This one is just an old freezer tray. I think I could find one of these at my grandmas. :)

Any thoughts?

Things to Ponder...

~When you have had ample time to do something, why isn't it done?

~Aren't toothpicks a simple invention.

~Wouldn't it be nice to be able to buy clothes whenever you wanted or would you be start to become selfish?

~Isn't it kind of neat how people copy people? It keeps the world spinning :)

~I am going to start to be more edifying.

~Do bumble bees have relationships?

missing him

For some reason when my husband is away, listening to Frank always makes me feel happy. I also think it makes me miss my hubby even more. My husband is traveling with SuperStart!. SuperStart! is an event for preteens that CIY puts on to show kids about Jesus. Matt, my husband, plays bass guitar for the band. This is his passion and joy but sometimes it's a little hard for me with the distance.

Anyways....

I'm so happy to start listening to Frank's Christmas music! Yay! I love the holidays!
